Fishing in the Sea of Japan for the last three weeks hasn't been a go due to some unfortunate conditions. I was however, fortunate in that the final day of the Goshogawara City Tachinebuta Festival was taking place on a day off. Had a great time with the wife, ate some good food, and should be back in the boat next week. - Hanto
